When integrating a used milling machine into the production process, the dynamic stiffness of the support structure is a critical parameter. Unlike new machines, where theoretical performance is predicted, with proven FERMAT milling machines, we rely on the real stability of the castings. After years of operation, massive cast iron components exhibit minimal internal stress, which paradoxically increases their thermal stability during long machining cycles.
Purchasing a used milling machine from the FERMAT portfolio represents a strategic advantage in capital expenditure (CAPEX).
