Description
The control system is ProNC, running on Windows 10 Enterprise.
5-sided machining of hollow aluminum profiles with maximum dimensions (W x H x L) of 150 mm x 100 mm x 1000 mm
Rapid traverse speeds should not exceed 150 mm/s to a maximum of 200 mm/s, depending on the size of the machine.
Milling is cooled by an oil mist fed through the center, which is extracted from the machine by a Losma extraction unit; each spindle has 2 adjustable nozzles.
