Machine is overhauled.
Hand-controlling horizontal borer machine with fixed stand and cross-adjustable table. The machine is in the following version: X, Z, Y ground, traverse milled and undercut, more precisely glued with special material with sliding properties (Turcite, GS-super fluid, etc.), wedges ground and scraped. The worktable surface is grinded and scraped (reinovation of grooves as required). The X and Y axes are equipped with trapezoidal screws with nuts - placed in bearing housings. Headstock - Gearwheel bearings from reputable manufacturers, main place as well as main spindle manufacturing by Fermat, hydraulic tool clamping. Automatic lubrication is controlled centrally through the dispensers - the manufacturer Hytos. The machine has a telescopic covering of X- and Z axes. Machine surface adjustment - varnish according to RAL 5010 (blue – depending on customer´s wish). Electrical switchboard with programmable controller, control panel on headstock. CE cable lines are installed throughout the machine and between the machine and the electrical cabinets. The machine is equipped with digital measuring with linear rulers with accuracy of positioning indication 0.01mm for axes (X, Y, Z, W) including measuring of the round table by rotary sensor (in the center of the table). Optical reading of the angle after complete overhaul.
