Therefore, the Service Center continuously tries to improve the services and information management of service cases.

Remote diagnostics

All FERMAT machines are equipped with machine remote diagnostics. This feature provides customers with quick on-line problem solving analysis of their machine by skilled FERMAT Service Technicians. Machine problems such as programming difficulties, electronic and mechanical error messages can be diagnosed and in most cases solved. Main advantages of remote diagnostics are:

  • quick way how to diagnose machine defect
  • min. time between delivery of the message and first contact with customer.
  • fast consideration of necessity of spare parts, after consulting the customer
  • high effectivity in PLC-related problem-solving (cca 80 %)
  • possibility of back-up of machining data
  • we collect statistical data and use them to improve customer service
