The electrical cabinet contains modular controllers for AC drives, control system, power supplies, switching and protection devices. The closed cabinet is equipped with an air conditioning system to prevent overheating and contamination.
ATC Gripper
Automatic Tool Changer changes tools into the spindle. The magazine can take up to 40 tools. The whole exchange process is fully automated.
HANDHELD Fanuc HMOP Type B
For maximum flexibility on the shop floor, FANUC has developed HMOP handhelds. It is ideal for perations that require you to get close to the application. Designed specifically for easy axis control (jogging), HMOP has a two-line display and comes with a hand wheel.
Control panel with system Fanuc 31iB
The control system controls all machine axes and connected accessories, such as rotary tables, milling angle heads, etc. As a standard it comes with an LCD display, an operating panel with a keyboard and an electronic handwheel.

Water Cooling Unit
Controls cooling of headstock motor.
Headstock
The headstock is made from cast iron GGG60 and is equipped with a digitally-controlled servo motor turning the spindle, continuously regulating its rpm. Main motor power is 37 kW and max. torque is 2,210 Nm
Spindle travel (W-axis) of 800 mm, driven by a servomotor and ball screw.
Clamping spindle taper is SK 50 type CAT. Torque is transferred to the spindle through a two-speed planetary gearbox. Gears change automatically according to the programmed rpm. Max. spindle speed is 3,400 rpm.
Oil Cooling Unit
Oil that flows through this unit keeps the temperature of headstock stable, especially the area of geax-box and around the bearings. This stabilisation is vital to prevent bearing damage or unnecessary deviations, caused by thermal expansion of materials.
Rotary Table (B-axis, 2 rpm)
The clamping plate (2,000 x 2,400 mm) is fitted to a cross roller bearing that secures high load capacity (max. load is 20 tons), no stick slip and minimum friction. There are 2 servo motors with pinions that provide the rotary movement on B axis, in master/slave pre-loading and guarantee zero backlash. The rotary positioning of the table uses an absolute angle encoder (increment of 0.001°); the table is set in position, and held in place by 4 hydraulic brakes. Table is equipped with a plexiglass cover, with the height of 2,000 mm and 3,400 mm in diameter.
Hydraulic Unit
Hydraulic system controls the un/clampint of tool in the spindle and the 4 brakes of the rotary table. Lubrication unit distributes the lubricant - oil primarily to box guide ways.
Cooling of Tools
Machine is equipped with twin system of cooling - low-pressure outside cooling 6 Bar and high-pressure Through-The-Spindle cooling 70 Bar.
