Disassemble / cleaning

Machine is completely disassembled, cleaned and checked.

Column / guide way

On the column are done penetrate tests of the exposed places. We will check geometrical accuracy of the guide-ways, check of the affixion of the hardened steel lining strips. The guide ways for the axes X,Y,Z are new grinded. Stop are renovated and blacked. Rack including trolleys of the column is renovated, too. Trolley-bearings will be changed. Ropes for the balancing of the spindle pullout are new.

Ball screws

Ball screws for the X, Y and Z - axes are new grinded ball srew for the axe W is new. Nuts are changed. Bearings and cogged belts are new.

Slides of the table, spindle pullout and column

Slides are newly fitted after grinding of the guide ways. The fitting is done with the low-friction material, which has better friction coefficient than original one. Wipers of the guide ways are new. Guide keys are lowered and new equipped with the Turcit® friction material. After up-mentioned operations is the geometrical accuracy completely regenerated.

Hydraulic hold of the travels

All the holding places (pistons) are cleaned and equipped with new packing. The press sensors are new and placed as near as possible to the pistons.

Spindle pullout

Spindle pullout is completely repaired. All the bearings and tooth wheels are changed. Drive of the spindle is new from Siemens.  The spindle is new.

Table and rotating of the table

Table is new lathed with creating of "canvas". Sliding is new fitted. Standard table dimensions are 1600 x 1800, according customer demands is possible to extend it. Into the axis of the table is installed new rotation sensor.

Electrical equipment

The machine is completely controlled with the CNC control system in 4 axes with possibility of circular and linear interpolation. By use of the new and up-to-date components is the long life running reliability guaranteed.

Control system

The machine is equipped with control system HEIDENHAIN i530 including colour monitor, portable auxiliary control panel with an electronical hand wheel. Control panel is placed on a rotation holder on lift platform.

Motors

Drives of the transports are equipped with fully digital AC motors Heidenhain EcoDyn. Every axe is equipped with the separate drive in the 5-drives version the best solution. Drive of the spindle is new and controlled with new DC drive.

Measuring

Axes X, Y, Z, W are equipped with linear opti-electronic sensors.

Axe B (table rotating) is equipped with rotation sensor.

Revolutions of the spindle are measured by IRC sensor.

Limit switches Balluff check all the limits.

Position of W and B axe is indicated on the control panel
